He was on BBC Breakfast yesterday.
Came across as a switched on lawyer but personable.......... he claimed most of his clients were ordinary drivers.
He made the point that you only pay him a fee if you are found guilty - the taxpayer pays him if you are found not guilty of the charge.
I hope the public purse pays the "standard going rate" and not the high figures quoted by celebrities, footballers etc
