I bought Snow Foam and a lance for cleaning my car about sixteen months ago. For various reasons I was unable to use this until last week when I discovered that the brass fitting for my washer was incorrect. I realised that I had slipped up in not checking the item sooner, and resigned myself to buying a new fitting.
Yesterday, I 'phoned Ultimate Finish and explained my problem to a very pleasant young lady. Instead of having to buy a new fitting, she said that they would exchange it. She mailed me some pictures of the various fittings and asked me to identify the one I needed.
I 'phoned her back and she told me that she would send one off to me.
Obviously, they are nice people to deal with.
