Turns out that its not that bad. For example one speeding would raise your premium by 10% if you're 40 and 15% in you're in your 20s.

Although the other report says it would be 34% if you're in your 30s.

Kind of strange that its the same newspaper on the same day so deeply confused. Almost like one chose a specific insurance company to obtain the sensationalist results that they wanted and the other used sensible survey results from a professional researcher..

My speeding FPN in Jan 2012 didn't stop seem to affect my premium on renewal in August, though strictly speaking I would have needed two quotes to know.
