I imagine insurance isn't compulsory in China, but whether it is or not, I bet this guy wasn't insured. He also appears to be under the influence of something.

The passing pedestrian just walks away too. It's clear everyone around thought he was beyond a joke.

Judging by the splash which is visible at the end, the drunk motorcyclist could be drowning in liquid cement down there. It's so horrible it had me laughing aloud.
