 I do love a bargain! - Roger.
Quite chuffed to have found an oil & filter change for the Panda for £39.95. A HiQ franchise opening offer - run by our local FIAT dealer who wanted about £90 for much the same job! What is more the job was done in the FIAT dealer's service dept! Only the reception office was different.
Also ordered an air filter on-line for just over a fiver delivered, to fit by me. ‪#‎Mean_old_git‬!

Goodness me - the Air filter - a Crosland, was delivered by a big brown van this morning!
How do they do a filter with an RRP of £11.50 for £5.04 delivered by UPS, next day?
Carparts4less.co.uk in Reading were the suppliers.

Carparts4less is Euro Car Parts. They bought the reputable Crosland name from its previous owner filter manufacturer the Sogefi Group (Coopers, Fram, Purflux) but Sogefi have refused to supply any filters to Euro Car Parts. Therefore any old cheapo thing with a lower filtration specification from the far east could be in the box.

This was an eye opening program on Monday night, I'd now be wary of buying any car part on-line.
