Maybe
"Based on what the car looked like, I would have to make an assumption (we all know what that means) that the brake caliper froze, resulting in a very hot rotor. That would then cause the tire to fail (as can be seen by the car leaning over to the side). The hot rotor can then lead to a failure of the brake line (most probable) which could have then caught on fire, spreading to the rest of the car. But, that is just taking what the video showed and making some logical leaps."

18 seconds into the video what appears to be damage to the bonnet as if it had been hit prior to the fire?
