I found this document interesting regarding the security of oil buy country.

The report takes into account storage quantities, oil use etc

I am still not too sure the UK is in no. 2 spot though (behind Japan).
This would imply that our fuel prices are the most stable of any country but I don't believe that.

So what do you think ?
