What's the difference between rescue and recovery? - Chris S
I've noticed that organisations such as Green Flag have rescue and recovery packages.

Presumably the rescue package won't just tow your car to a garage and leave you and your passengers stranded at the side of the road. How would this differ from recovery then?

Usually the Rescue option provides local assistance within a set distance of breakdown (ie 10 miles). Recovery is usually recovery from anywhere within the UK.
