PARKING EYE - (now owned by Capita) lose in court.
Driver circles for 30 mins looking for a space and gives up - he stood up in court and the Judge sided with him.

You'd have thought someone would have told them it's good PR to apologise for mistakes.

Some Companies have the decency to be graceful in defeat. It is not a trait that is common in some of today's newer large companies IMHO.
In some of the companies I worked for there was always the check - in going forward in reclaiming debt / going to court /suing a competitor or whatever, was thinking of the downside- we may have won the battle but what about the war, the potential bad publicity etc etc.
Sometimes it is better to let matters go - even if you feel you could win.

This is Crapita we are talking about. From their website:
Culture and Values
Deep in the company’s DNA: we respect clients and colleagues, we’re open and honest, we’re quick to acknowledge mistakes and even quicker to correct them.
