I heard someone say on theTV a few minutes ago that they had seen a driver using an iPad while doing 70+ in lane 3 of the M4. They were probably in a large German estate car with adaptive cruise control and auto brakes. :)

They did not say when this occurred. The motorways south of Preston are Lemming paths during the rush hours and hours and hours. You are welcome to them.
