A £200,000 Ferrari has been seized by police because the driver did not have a valid licence.

German plates, what nationality was the driver I wonder? Wouldn't have shown on ANPR, stopped for speeding(?), driver couldn't produce a licence, perhaps, but how did they know he didn't own one What about insurance too? Mixed messages here!

Looking at the bumper stickers and the sun strip, it would suggest the driver was a bit of a chav.

Yes the sticker saying, "Official speed camera testing vehicle" is rather an invitation to the police to stop it, plus the sticker being in English and the car being registered in Germany is much the same.
