Well,I saw it this morning-a BMW parked(on the pavement,of course) with it's foglights on.

I always leave my Beemer on the pavement. Why leave it parked wholly on the road when some numpty can drive along and knock off a wing mirror. Tsk...

Must be an old car if it's got wing mirrors ;o)

Lets hope the mother with her pushchair, or the guy on the mobility scooter doesn't scrape all along the side of the car as they go about their business on the footpath you've partially blocked off.

Driver probably had a moment of clarity, pulled over and thought "Oh hell! What was I thinking? I could have got a really nice car for the money I spent on this pointless Noddy wagon". Having re-established contact with his soul and humanity in general he then left it with the Fog Lights on so the Authorities would know where to come and find it for disposal.

At a guess.
