That ain't no SMIDSY. Blue car was simply travelling far too fast. 50 kph limit in an area like that .

Disturbingly (to me anyway) the limit in built-up areas goes up to 60 kph (37 mph) between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. I personally would not consider that to be safe.
