 Customer Service Award 2017. - R.P.
Whilst cleaning my two year old Schuberth motorcycling helmet noticed that there were two cracks in it around the pins securing the inner (anti mist) visor. New ones retail for £48.00 plus at least another £20.00 for the inner visor. I e-mailed the company in Germany - after some toing and froing over a couple of days a new visor kit arrived by courier today. Brilliant service by any standard.
