Day's after someone produces a fake driving licence with Homer's photo on it, someone else has now been caught with Del Boy's photo on their licence.

Driving in our town I am sure that a few or more than a few drive with a foreign licence and haven't got a clue about our road rules.

How long do you get away with this and are they any checks regarding a test when you live in the U.K.?
