Oooops twice in one day less than a mile apart the same trailer comes to grief.

Tears of shame?:)

Just outside Worzals!

NFN I would say.

Then on the main roundabout in the middle of town the second time, Duncan.

The building in the background is the Police station!

Obvious question really, would the police / recovery guys have checked that the load hadn't all moved to one side of the container after the first time?

The load looks like mixed waste up to the gunwales. Was it overweight and/or uneven and was it properly secured to the recovery vehicle?

It was mixed waste and would have been over a weighbridge after loading. It certainly wasn't properly secured to the recovery trailer to have come off it.

That's a very busy roundabout with pedestrians around most of the time too.

I think the key to the second problem (and maybe the first) is the axle that has come adrift.
