 Glasgow airport to Leith, driving time? - Hard Cheese

Monday AM, arriving in Glasgow airport at 9:00, picking up a car to drive to Leith, what time can I expect to get there?

Will the highland show have gone by then?

BTW I did not fly to Edinburgh because I also have an appointment in Glasgow in the afternoon.

If you go to the end of the M8 you can disregard the Highland Show. Leaving the airport at 9:30 about an hour and a half should do it. Use the route M8, Gogar roundabout, Barnton, Queensferry Road, Telford Road, Ferry road.
