Tyres or ESC? - Old Navy
I know we have discussed the merits of "best tyres on the back" but how is this effected by Electronic Skid Control (ESC)? My car has ESC fitted although I have not provoked it into action, but I will still put my new tyres on the back.

I need two new rear tyres. They are the originals, its had the fronts replaced before my tenure.

There is no ESC or TC, and its never given me a moments worry, except during the great snow of 12/10. BUt given that i had good traction on the front - FWD - it wasnt a problem, fun in fact.

SO, the worn rears are going in the bin, the part warn fronts are going on the back, and the new tyres are going on the front.

I want traction in the wet and snow.
