What happened to Smokie's ... - Hard Cheese

... thread about his Mondeo?

 What happened to Smokie's ... - Zero
1/ he is pretending it never happened
2/ he was unmasked as a troll
3/ he couldnt stand the shame and blame of not getting his car serviced
4/ PU came back, and while trying to tidy up he deleted half the site. (he has previous)

So where is the "Remove my thread cos I have changed my mind" button on this new fangled site then?

Smokie being a moderator here, can hide his post whenever he chooses to.

And update would be good - I hope Ford have some goodwill. He might have gone over the service interval but they cannot be that sensitive to oil changes can they?

Any OP can request their thread be hidden / removed if they feel what they've written *may* well come back one day and bite them on the bum.

No but they can be sensitive to a lack of oil.

Not wishing to highlight this too much (otherwise it defeats the object of the other thread being hidden) but it was mentioned the car was only serviced 1000 miles ago.

Please don't feel offended if Smokie wishes to hide / remove this thread as well.

edit - forgive me for locking it in the meantime to avoid future discussion - hence the removal of the original thread. Please respect Smokie's decision on that.

I hid the previous thread as I don't know where this "case" will go, and I don't want to prejudice anything. I also feel as sick as a dog about the whole thing and don't really want to discuss it anyway at the moment.

I'll start a new thread once it has resolved itself.
