If the 10-15% of one eyed monsters on the road bought a new bulb it would be progress.......and the 1 x tail light, no braking light brigade could join in as well we could maybe help a bit.

I've said this one before. Dark November - Just about to leave a shop when a 1 x eyed car was parking....I got out and told them.

"It's OK the MoT is not till February" was the reply.

"That will be OK" I thought to myself

No matter what type of lights the manufacturers fit, unless they are automatically operated without user intervention, there will always be the numties that think they don't need lights on in poor visibility.

I have also told people on numerous occasions they have a light or lights not working. Invariably they already know...

...and it's amazing how many there are, inc those that think ' I need some lights on, I know i'll just use the side lights'.

What a piece of lousy journalism, from recycled PR gumph.

eg. No invesitgation into whether the death rates for cyclists and motorcyclists would rise, depsite mentioning it as a possibility.
