A doctor in Japan has landed himself in trouble with the police after posting footage of his drive in a Ferrari sports car on YouTube.

Didn't do anything too outrageous as far as I could see. Apart from exceeding the 25mph speed limit said to prevail on that fairly rapid, flowing and empty bit of road.

What a sad self-righteous bunch Japanese U tube viewers seem to be.

One of the odd things in Japan (as you can also see in that video) is that despite the fact that you drive on the left, almost all expensive cars are left hand drive. I was in Tokyo a few weeks back and all the Porsches, Ferraris, Lambourghins, Aston Martins, Rollers and S-Class Mercs that I saw - and there were a lot - were left hand drive.

The customer I was visiting, and whom I asked about it, reckoned it was to make the cars look more european.
