I know a few of us on here have arthritic fingers and thumbs but still like to be independent and enjoy our hobbies, so I can thoroughly recommend one of these.
They are so light to hold, trims around posts and the edges of the lawn, and works wonders on the box hedge too.
I have got the handle too so bending isn't a problem and it makes life so much easier.

Thanks for the recommendation Pat. Mrs tooslow put in some box last year and it's well away already. I think it'll be ready for it's first cut before the summer is out, assuming we get one this year. And she did surprise me at the time by saying she would be cutting it. I thought I was in charge of cutting things (hedge, grass) but hey, I'm not going to argue.
