 Children's movies about a Bear - No FM2R
My little one watched a movie yesterday, I didn't see it so I can't confirm the details or find it on the internet, but it would help if any of you (or your children) know it.

A child, from "old" times, has a father who is an explorer like Indiana Jones, who leaves him in boarding school. The mother dies of consumption and the father takes the boy exploring. some stuff happens and the boy gets separated and is cared for by the grizzly bear who has had her cubs stolen by the friends of the boys father.

She protects the boys and eventually he, and his father, get her the cubs back and everybody lives happily ever after.

Save your comments, I am already dealing with two Chilean idiots [formerly friends] lying on the floor helpless with laughter after I was daft enough to ask them, but if you could help I would be grateful.

Spot on CG, thank you so much.

Out of interest how did you find it? Because I couldn't.

I entered your description of the film into Google!

Well that's annoying, because that's what I thought I did.

Thanks though. (And to Zero)

blimin' heck Ferret! I didn't check [obviously my fault] and simply recommended it to the kids.

I just walked it as the children were watching it with their 5 year old cousin!

To anybody else - it is *NOT* a film for a 10 year old, a 7 year old and a 5 year old. Or at least, not mine.

Thank goodness the 5 year old speaks rubbish english.

That's not a mistake I'll make again.

Too late. You've made it now, exposing your innocent nippers to unsuitable images before the watershed.

We will all pass on any pornographic links we come across so that you can feed their growing addiction to filth.

Honestly some parents. To hear them talk you wouldn't think butter would melt in their mouths.

Saw it at the cinema, enjoyed it a lot (especially the fight scene).

The 10 year old, who knows most words, was mortified that her cousin heard a couple of them!

The 7 year old wanted to know what some of them meant.

The 5 year old wanted to know who'd eaten all her popcorn, Doritos and cake.

The dog was sick.

Sounds like an entertaining time to me.

Leave the sick, the dog will eat it up for breakfast. Dogs thrive on refried.
