We have a white picket fence. Needs a lick of paint to improve kerb-side appeal for a potential sale. Wooden fence already painted in a flat sort of paint (not gloss)...any ideas on paint and brand etc.

You get everyone in the neighborhood to do the painting... with a dead rat... and they pay you for the privilege of doing so.

Look up Tom Sawyer and dead rat.

Funny I was thinking of Tom Sawyer references earlier on today, but not having read it for many many years I forgot about the Dead Rat thing !
