Dunno sounds a bit wrong. We had a professional outfit to come here to make a vid of the homestead for Rightmove. They were very good, as we are close to an RAF base (in fact the approach is just to the north) they had to consult with the RAF and CAA before they could make a firm date. Sold the house btw !

Remember, the tech is pretty new, and being developed all the time.
Quick search on a quadcopter shows they can hit 4500 METRES.
I'll ask my friend, who is in the business, though he does low altitude stuff mostly.
