Cleaning up power steering fluid - Bobby

Friends car has been leaking power steering all over slabs for a few weeks.

Any top tips to remove this and clean the slabs - just bog standard 3x2 grey slabs?

I've had success with washing up liquid on engine oil. Cover the stain completely and allow to soak in for a few days before washing off. On occasion I've let rain finish it off for me.
