I have done similar ( to put it mildly) speeds on that very road several times in the last 12 months. The fact I managed it, and didnt get caught, and she got done under totting up for similar offences, means she may have pretty poor observation.

Observation helps but if you're on verge of loss of licence by totting up you'd think caution would be enough.
