I know this is going to sound petty, but this headline really p***es me off.

"Tesco to sell plasters in racially diverse skin tones"

Why "racially"? Just diverse skin tones was all that was needed.

Yup, "skin tones" was all that was required. Its a fab idea by the way, how come its not universally available already?

I have no idea, you'd think it'd be obvious really.

But since if I use a plaster it's typically a left over kids one, I'm usually sporting fairies or butterflies or something.

Just how long will it be before one of the vile tabloids or internet trolls points out a white person is wearing a brown plaster and how offensive that is, when in reality it was the last one left in the box or similar.
