 Using an iPod as back up? - Hard Cheese

I wont dilute the other IPod thread though I have been thinking getting an iPod Classic, does anyone know if I will be able to use the USB connection to drag and drop files to/from it with my PC so as to use it as a back up device, could be a great use for the 100+GB that I will never use.

I seem to remember reading that you could use it as a hard disk in the instructions.

And use a product called Storage Crypt to password it, but be warned, with this there is no undo if you forget the PW.
