Someone who should know has told me that recruitment agencies are legally obliged to disclose the recruiting company name, if asked. But they couldn't quote, and I can't find, any specific reference to that.

Anyone know? (I will be calling some tomorrow so may be able to answer my own question!)

Never heard that one. I been unable to find out on several occasions though, even when they called me.

I've had that too, but the other way around. Delivered to a warehouse much closer to home than work, and asked if there are any driving vacancies going. Been told they only recruit through an agency, but wouldn't tell me which one.

So... if I don't know which agency to go to, and none of the agencies will tell me the name of their clients... ??
