What happened to world's smallest petrol engine? - Stuartli
Nearly eight years ago this story appeared in a national newspaper:

www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article80219.ece

Three years later:

gleez.com/articles/did-you-know/smallest-petrol-engine

and now:

www.taranfx.com/worlds-smallest-petrol-engine

Anyone got an explanation as to what's happened in the meantime? ...-))

It's powering a mini-submarine full of shrunken, and quite likely drunken, surgeons heading towards the brain through George W. Bush's cardio-vascular system.

'Stand by for turbulence during the passage through the heart... uh... oh,no! Head gasket failure! I knew we should have got a Toyota! AAARGH!'

Thanks for that..:-)

My initial reaction, to be honest, was that it was an April Fool, but the dates rule it out.

I can just picture the scenario of the future:

Mechanic: "Well Sir, the engines got to come out in order to change the clutch".

Customer: "Oh, how much will that cost?".

Mechanic: "£900 plus VAT".

Customer: "How much?!!!".

Mechanic: "Well the actual engine removal and new clutch is £150 but the rest pays for the electron microscope we have to lease in order to see the flippin' engine, sir".
