Anyway most of my post Setright et al CAR magazines have gone - that was pretty hard :-(. I have kept back a couple of issues that may be of interest to people here - I'll post them out once I've moved if anyone shows any interest.
1 is a duplicate in my collection. July 1983 - it features on the front cover the gorgeous Jag XJS in Motul racing colours.....A report on a drive of the said motor. A scoop drive of the Golf MK2. A test on the Astra GTE 1.8 Mk1 and on the XR4i. Writers for this edition include Ronald Barker, LJK Setright & George Bishop. Warning this edition includes full colour adverts for Cigarettes (!)
.....I'll list the others as and when I remember which boxes they're in but there is an Autocar with a Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500.

have you tried scanning the magazines and posting on to flicker, at least you got a digital copy and you could flog the mags off that way
