On the basis the insurance company will want to pay out as little as possible, how much does it cost to charter a jet hospital to bring you back to Blighty for NHS treatment?

I'd have thought you would not be allowed to run up a medical bill of millions in the US.

Must make sense to have plenty of public/third party liability cover.

Aviva give a standard £10,000,000 which I believe should be more than adequate.
