There are shadows of what look like rockets, on stands outside each building. There are clearly explosives involved as each building has blast walls round it. However, they aren't very big rockets and it is a bit hard to see what their target might be and they seem a bit far from Tripoli to be AA defences. Over to the experts!

Its a missile site. Not Long range, so probably medium range SAM AA site. Notice the v shaped lines from each launcher to the ready missile hanger? Notice also they are grouped in two banks of 6 with a central control centre (notice the spider web of communication lines.). There is a another ammo (missile?) store to one side. They are all pointing one way so part of a defence line.

And follow the firing line of each of the two missile complexes, and you will find the director radar

Defending what though is the question. Chemical weapons for example?

There looks to be a complex being built nearby - wonder what it looks like now? The missile site probably isn't there either.

Nooooo. Its just a normal defence box, about 10ks east is a very large army base, and 5ks north is the main Tripoli airport.
