Absolutely! ... Better than Prozac ;}

I haven't done that for years:)
There's a lot to be said for being in the house alone.
I still prefer Shine On You Crazy Diamond though.

I shall have a listen. I've been a big fan ever since my cousin got my dad listening to The Wall album. I even tried to persuade my dad to take me to see The Wall tour at Earls Court around 1979/80 but he thought I was too young. Did manage to see them do The Delicate Sound of Thunder however on a balmy Friday in August 1988 at (the original) Wembly Stadium. That memory will stay with me forever.

I've been a BIG fan of Pink Floyd since 1967!
We went to the Earls Court do = terrrrific.
Friend of wifey works for the late Rick Wright, so I got all their CD's including Pipers,
I've got more 'into' Ricks organ/piano music since he left us, I've even got one of his solo CD's.

Tonight BBC4 9:30
The Pink Floyd Story: Which One's Pink?
Over 40 years after Britain's foremost 'underground' band released their debut album Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Pink Floyd remain one of the biggest brand names and best-loved bands in the world.
This film features extended archive, some of it rarely or never seen before, alongside original interviews with four members of Pink Floyd - David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Nick Mason and the late Richard Wright - and traces the journey of a band that has only ever had five members, three of whom have led the band at different stages of its evolution.

Thanks!

Not the favorite of many but the Final Cut has resonance with me, probably only because I was a spotty teenager at the time.
Wish You Were Here is wonderful.
Must get the stereo out and annoy the neighbors! ;-)
