 "Blocked Senders" blocked - Ambo


My computer (Windows 7, IE 9) is fairly new and was free of nuisance emailers until recently. It does not seem to be possible to stop them. If I mark them as junk there is an Add Sender to Blocked Senders list but the accompanying icon has a little "no entry" sign alongside it and it does not respond. There is a list facility under the Blocked Senders tab in Junk e-Mail Options but this is no use if I can't block them in the first place. Is there a way or removing the block on the Block command please?

what e-mail client are you using? Windows Live mail?
