I am on Talktalk and use OpenDNS, today google has been taking for ever to load, it always loads up takes a few seconds (should be instant). All over sites work flawlessly. Anybody else noticed this?

Nope.

I use VTR and Claro, but I do access Google UK.

I posted abouyt this on Tuesday and despite doing all the recommended actions from Googles help forums it's still like wading through treacle.

It seems that the problem is widespread though if you 'Bing' it!

It's intermittant for me. Sometimes Google will load straight away, other times it just hangs until I refresh the page a couple of times.

Using Talk Talk and IE8.

Lucky we aren't in China though.

Google has been playing up all day for me.

Either takes an age to load, or doesn't load at all until you refresh the page a few times.

Not restricted to one browser either. Same happens on my iPhone, as well as IE8, and Opera.
