Copying Files From PC to iPad - Duncan
I am a recent iDevice convert and my knowledge is severely limited.

I have some photos on my Windows PC which I would like to copy onto my iPad. How do I do this?

My Googling tells me to open iTunes, select the iPad device icon on the left, etc etc. The first problem is that when I open iTunes, there is no list of devices on the left.

Any advice, please?

IIRC, your device details are now up in the top RH corner.

I don't know about iTunes, but you can use Dropbox as an intermediary place.

If there's not many, you could also simply email them to yourself.

Assuming you're not using an ancient XP box or something, you could just access your Photostream on the PC, chuck up the pictures, they appear on your iDevice. Done.
