Dial-uppers will need to move to Plusnet or ANOther supplier from next week.

My son has a poor Broadband service from BT - 0.8Mbps...he has had an upgrade at his local exchange - now 2.0 to 2.5 Mbps - still appalling in 2013 - he is about 8/9 miles from the centre of a city - so hardly in the middle of nowhere.
