 Cruise to St, Petersburg. - CGNorwich
The cruise company should be able to give an idea what to expect. I have been to St Petersburg in June and it was cold and wet but it can get very warm. I would anticipate anything from around 15c to 25c with a fair bit of wet and cold. Likely to be quite chilly at sea I would think.
