However after reading loads of reviews I decided to forgo the extra pixels and touchscreen and look for a deal on a new silver TZ70. Then an email from Amazon this am offering just that camera new for £176 delivered tipped me into pressing the buy button. They are usually £219 most places.
Amazon have the black TZ70 at £163 delivered too.
That's a great deal for a camera being well reviewed at £350 2-3 years ago.
Now to look for a used bargain waterproof digicam or perhaps GoPro clone for boating.
