My local Toyota dealer has been helping us with two problems despite being shut.
One was a paperwork problem with the car I recently bought which has now been resolved ( hopefully ) and the other was my wife's Prius which seems to have either a knackered 12v battery or a mystery drain on it, jury is out until the workshop have a look at it.
Their workshop isn't open but the dealer principal went in and opened up the showroom and prepared a loan car for my wife to swap into to keep her on the road until they can look at hers.
They are working on the assumption that they could restart operations in a few weeks time, albeit limited services initially.
