A camera was attached to the back of an eagle to give a true bird’s eye view of London.
The stunning footage, captured by white tailed eagle Darchan, offers a new perspective of the capital.
London landmarks such as City Hall, Tower Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Olympic Park are visible in the clip captured using a Sony HDR-AZ1VR Action Cam.
The stunt was part of the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s campaign to commemorate 50 years of its Red List.
The Red List features the world’s most threatened and endangered species.
Artist Louis Masai has also launched a street art campaign in the capital this week to tie into the Red List 50-year anniversary.
He has been creating street art of endangered creatures in the UK and posting them on Instagram to raise awareness.
Some of the works include a dragonfly in Bethnal Green, a lynx in Brick Lane and a common crane in Camden.
On Saturday the Biophilia Ball and auction, the biggest ever wildlife ball, is taking place at the Natural History Museum to raise funds for conservation charities.
