Man in court after pedestrian attacked in Dudley

A 25-year-old man has been charged over an attack which left a pedestrian in a critical condition with head injuries.

Samuel Pagett, of Cot Lane, Kingswinford, has been charged with wounding at Dudley Magistrates' Court.

He was remanded on conditional bail and will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on 9 April.

West Midlands Police said a 40-year-old man was allegedly punched after urging a driver to slow down in Newland Grove in Dudley on Sunday.
