Great product sold by an useless retailer
My wife purchased 2 pairs of Hawke Endurance binoculars on 1/12/21 for Christmas presents. On opening one pair was found to be faulty. Fotosense were contacted with their returns times and advertised opening hours. After 10 phone calls , all dropped after a fixed number of rings and e-mails resulting in “tickets” offering a reply within two working days as of today I am still waiting to hear from the company. I have now made contact with Hawke direct and had the problem resolved in two days. Great product, WRONG RETAILER? Nil service, take your money and don’t care thereafter. Could have become regular customer for film as I live locally to Preston, not now…DO NOT USE. Nearly a year later I am now being asked to review my comment. Well nothing has changed. I still have not heard directly from the company and as for checking my spam folder…laughable.
