I've always had a good experience with MotorEasy, through which I have had extended Warranty Cover on two motor cars. Fortunately, I have not had to make any claims on either vehicle, but have had peace of mind that it is there, in the background.
Very helpful and efficient service. Great products, competitively priced (Bought GAP, Cosmetic repair and Alloy Wheel cover for the same price the main dealer wanted for one of these three)
Dane has been really helpful both times I’ve had to make a claim, making what can sometimes be quite stressful and frustrating, easy and fair for both sides. Appreciate the work you have done on my behalf and getting everything resolved in a timely manner! It’s great that the employees do everything they can to help to assist you!

I had heard that Motoreasy were good but knew nothing about them. After online research and review reading, I bought both Gap and wheel insurance. Both products were explained in detail, the purchase was easy and straightforward, and the Motoreasy rep I dealt with was very helpful. They have a great range of products for motorists, and bring most motoring requirements under one banner.

Website could be better especially after you have signed up as too many ads. However signing up was easy. They phoned, discussed the details of each policy and gave good discount. Disappointed that even though it was for a new car had to provide photographic evidence to activate.
Do not waste your money. We've had two Audis covered by Motoreasy policies and experience with submitting claims has been consistently painful and most seem to result in refusal - often for dubious reasons. The claim process is very drawn out and frustrating. I know of 3 garages who have told me that they will no longer deal with Motoreasy because they are not prepared to keep customers cars semi-dismantled whilst Motoreasy takes days to issue a decision. I strongly recommend others to seek alternative after-market warranties as I am doing now. This review does not just deal with specific failed claims but mainly with the very poor customer experience with Motoreasy. Something which I raised with them on previous occasions but that they have never addressed.

Dear Mr Baker,
This is your second review regarding your 111,900 mile Audi which had an issue with the clutch and fly wheel last year.
An independent inspector reported “the clutch friction plate is excessively worn to the friction material, with evidence of heat exposure also being present” and “we consider the clutch and flywheel have reached the end of their serviceable lifetime due to general wear and deterioration.”
There was no sudden or unexpected failure, and no warranty is able cover a worn clutch, which is excluded. As a result the claim was declined.
However, as a gesture of goodwill we offered a contribution towards the repairs due to your time on cover which you accepted.
We cannot continue to offer further goodwill for claims excluded by the policy.
Your second Audi had faults relating to the crankshaft pulley, wheel bearing, fuel flap solenoid and pressure sensors covered during your time on cover.
Motoreasy were great to deal with. Amber was so helpful and informative! Highly recommend and I have total peace of mind for the duration of my car lease.
Dane was brilliant no hassle managed to get booked in for my service and mot on my BMW, any questions I needed to ask he was able to answer them would highly recommend. Stress free

Pointless. Go on to the MotoEasy website and see what cover would best suit your needs, then put the money for that cover directly into a savings account. That way you have the money to spend on any repairs and are not giving it to MotoEasy for them to keep.

Dear Mr Pend,
After 6 months on cover you raised an engine claim on your Land Rover Discovery.
We instructed an independent inspector to complete a report on the fault.
The engineer confirmed with your garage that on their initial investigation no oil was registering on the dipstick and the engine had been partially dismantled by the garage to determine the extent of the internal damage.
The Engineer inspected the dismantled engine and found the crankshaft journals on cylinders 3 and 4 were displaying heavy scoring and bluing consistent with poor lubrication, along with impact damage from the final failure. There was no holing to the engine block.
The Engineer concluded your vehicle had suffered catastrophic engine failure due to a lack of lubrication, which was evidenced by the bluing, scoring and the thermal overload of multiple components. The evidence seen was consistent with the oil level being allowed to deplete to a critical state.
Continuing to drive the vehicle with depleted oil levels lead to the failure of the engine, and your claim was declined as a result. No warranty can cover faults caused by insufficient maintenance or continuing to use the vehicle in a state of failure.
Great price for the cover provided. Follow up from Motor Easy was helpful but not pushy. Setting up policy online was simple including the uploading of necessary photos.
