Brakes & DPF Sensor Replacement

Dropped car off 15th April for Brakes & DPF sensor replacement. Clare Power was dealing with my car and throughout the period the car was at Workshop, Clare kept me fully informed on the issues and progress of the works until completion. Her customer service and attention to maintaining contact with me was excellent.

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent, fully met our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and everything we asked for was completed on time. Both Hari and Heather’s kindness and customer service was exceptional. Adil completed the repairs and more in perfect timing - thank you so much

Exceptional customer service received from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff throughout branch.

Recently purchased a vehicle

Brilliant Absolutely Outstanding

Service here is brilliant and nothing short of outstanding. I was looked after by Michael his enthusiasm knowledge and high level of friendly impeccable customer service was truly outstanding. You are looked after from start to finish no stone left unturned every question answered to get the right car for you at the right price .I would highly recommend this dealership as its the best I've come across in nearly 40 years .Well done Michael you are an absolute asset to the business.

Excellent service

Martin was excellent from the start, knowledgeable and customer focused. On the day of the part exchange everybody at BMW Doncaster was super friendly and again Martin was super helpful to ensure a smooth handover of the vehicle.

Purchased 2 cars from this dealership…

Purchased 2 cars from this dealership previously without any issues. Telephone system doesn’t work or isn’t answered, have to drive to the showroom if I have questions about my purchase, 3rd time driving to showroom hoping to pick up car told salesman wouldn’t be in for 2days. Just concerned if this is the service I can expect in the future if I don’t cancel within the 14days cooling off period.

A excellent experience

The person we dealt with was very nice, polite and very helpful. We were very impressed with Stratstone as a company, everything was very easy, no hassle. We felt reassured that we were being looked after.
The added bonus of a complimentary half day off-roading was the icing on the cake!

Had a great experience with BMW Stratstone Hull.

Had a great experience with BMW Stratstone Hull, in particular with Bash. He’s a top sales person, he clearly explained the whole process from initial call all the way to the follow up call a week later. He has been very accommodating from start to finish and remained helpful even after the sale. I will definitely look at coming back to Stratstone Hull :) despite the 3+ hour drive from Suffolk.

My car was damaged by the dealership

My car was damaged whilst in the Wilmslow dealership, the dealership don't deny this fact. I was told that the warranty work it originally went in for was completed and the car was handed back. I then found out that the warranty work was never even undertaken, this was confirmed by the dealership. I asked Porsche UK to allow the damage repair work to my car to be undertaken by another dealership and have Porsche Wilmslow meet the costs (£282.98) and Wilmslow politely refused. I am very disappointed with Porsche from an ethical / quality and honesty perspective, the idea of owning a Porsche holds little satisfaction to me after these experiences.

Appalling dealership experience...

I have been trying to arrange a test drive for the new Evoque, but nobody will call me back to arrange this. I have telephoned six times and on every single occasion, the phone rings for three minutes, then cuts off. I have emailed Daniel Paddon, the dealer principal, asking him to call me, but he hasn't responded either. I guess I will be going to Derby then...hopefully they will be happy to sell me a car!!
