To put your mind at ease

The experience I received when I called Warrantywise
Was nothing short of polite and professional and it was not even a broken down car issue but more administration related..
So now I have a real understanding of how I would be treated if my vehicle had actually needed there assistance...

I have received absolutely amazing customer service from warrantywise company. I would like to say big thank you to Andy Lyons who works there. He was absolutely brilliant. Exceptional service from Frazer at warranty wise…

I spoke to Frazer from warranty wise this morning and have taken out a 3 year warranty on a car that’s new to me. He explained the warranty clearly and it will be nice for me to have piece of mind that if something goes wrong with my car that I’m covered and won’t have any big bill or problems that can’t be sorted out!

Great Customer Service

I’ve consistently had great customer service thus far with Warrantywise. A recent example of this was with Julie, where I needed to change my plans details to update my registration number. I was on the phone for less than a minute, registration updated and no admin fee to speak of - if only my insurance company were as easy to deal with!

VW Tiguan, Turbo fail!

We purchased a VW Tiguan and it came with a 12 month warranty,which was a godsend as 4 months in and the turbo failed! I gave the repairer the details and he contacted warranty wise on our behalf. The repair was completed and we now have our car back!

Brandon was great

I can only really comment on the young man who talked through my options with me, Brandon, and he was great. I had to ask him to slow down and go through a few different options because I'm autistic and I need more time to process. He was good, patient and thorough and answered all my questions. To be honest it's far too soon to say if the company are good overall and I am very worried about what it will be like to make a claim at some point in the future but I am hopeful. Today I received an email with my documents and my name was wrong but Brandon was very responsive when I emailed them so again I am hopeful.

Purely works on assumption

Their customer for 18 months. My car broke last week and they rejected the claim saying that it is due to wear and tear whereas my garage who examined the car physically they dint say it is a wear and tear.

Someone who is sitting somewhere classing the fault of the car as wear and tear based on their assumption doesn’t make any sense to me. I never claimed anything in the past. Absolute frustration and waste of paying them 18 months.

Bria is fantastic

I contacted Warrantywise, expecting to be fobbed off as these warranty companies sometimes do, however, Bria C answered the call and was fantastic, she was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Bria explained that I would need to reach out to the dealership that I bought the car from ... we had so many issues with that Company we almost took them to Court .
Bria listened to my comments and went above and beyond her role and tried contacting them on my behalf, I actually believe my car is going to be fixed now, well done Bria you are a credit to warranty wise!

Been using warranty wise for over 5yrs…

Been using warranty wise for over 5yrs and can't say anything negative about them.
I've made 3 claims on my BMW 2 series and thankfully warranty wise have supported the repair each time.

Payment Admin

The automated system in accounts thought that my monthly payment was late and messaged me accordingly. Jayne in admin sorted the Warrantywise system without issue, correcting dates and payment method. All done in a couple of minutes without problem.

Warranty Updates

I rang up to speak about warranty renewals and they were extremely helpful and sorted my issue quickly. They had the notes and updates on the system as well which made things easier.

Absolute constant harassment

Absolute constant harassment. IM NOT INTERESTED!

They phone me night and day, Saturday mornings, bank holidays non-stop. They have promised to remove my details from their system multiple times. I have blocked the number but they dont stop. Worst harassement i have ever had from any cold caller in my life.

Warrantywise So far so good

I didn’t get the name of the person who contacted me but he was very courteous and after a short discussion regarding my schedule which had the wrong registration number he updated the details and put me under no pressure to upgrade my schedule from the basic bronze. I won’t know how good they are until i need to use them but i am hopeful that things would go smoothly.
