DVLA has given out details of >1 million car reg details to "Private Parking Operators".
Larger volume of invoices now raised through number plate recognition than invoices stuck to screens.

Never had one, don't intend to start.............last "real parking ticket" was Edinburgh in the mid 80s when I parked on a meter rather than the multi-storey and forgot .........£8.00 or so. A colleague used to get 3 or 4 a month, fail to pay, leasing company added £12 to make £20.00 per ticket and then it would be deducted from his salary...........madness.

Standard admin charge under my company / lease scheme for parking, speeding or congestion charge fines which they have to process is GBP100. I believe it's meant to be punitive.
