 Foreign Number plates - no2 - IJWS14
Following on Mike H's post in 15 days driving in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland I recall seeing the following:

A, B, BG, CDN, CH, CZ, D, DK, E, F, GB, GR, H, HR, I, IRL, L , LT, LV, MC, NL, P, PL, RO, S, SK, SLO, TR

One with "CAT" and the Catalonia flag on the number plate (UK registered) and one with "PRC" which I have not been able to identify – did not look Chinese and am sure I didn't misread it.

I make that 28 with two oddities not counted.

Don't recall seeing any of the ENG/WAL/SCO variations on UK registered cars.
Anyone any idea what the PRC might be? Or might have been a misread of?
